Coffee in the United States is served by three kinds of places: national chains with drive-thrus and mobile ordering, independent neighborhood cafes that double as a workspace or a meeting spot, and specialty shops that roast their own beans or buy single-origin lots and brew them by pour-over, espresso or cold brew. Most open between 6 and 7 a.m. on weekdays, slightly later on weekends, and the busiest hour is the commute rush before 9. A drip coffee runs a few dollars, espresso drinks and specialty pours more, and tipping a dollar or a percentage on the card reader is customary but not required. Nearly every cafe offers free Wi-Fi, though some limit laptop seating at peak times or on weekends, and outlets are often the scarce resource.

Austin is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Austin is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Whatβs a great spot! I came here on a chill Sunday morning. There was a line, but things moved quickly, but not rushed. This is definitely a gathering spot. Outdoor seating, dog-friendly. Most importantly, the coffee is done well. Not bitter, full-flavored, not a sugar bomb, quality you can tell. Worth a try for sure.

This location is just a trailer but with a reasonable menu. The lines to wait can get long - it seems popular. I got a washed Colombian iced americano and it was good. There was a lot of ice so the water ratio was low - which is my personal preference to better taste the coffee. They only had one coffee for all espresso drinks - their βcommunity lotβ blend of coffees from the Huila region. Tempting to get a bag to take homeβ¦ Definitely recommend!

Great setup in an elegant setting for a morning, coffee and pastries. They even announce your name on a loudspeaker when itβs ready. They go in depth explaining different coffees they offer in different coffee drinks they offer Croissants and other pastry are amazingly buttery and flaky. Fast service so give them a try when youβre just passing by.

Desnudo Coffee absolutely lives up to the hype. From the moment you walk up, the vibe is effortlessly cool, welcoming, and exactly what you want from a standout downtown coffee spot. I had the Brown Sugar Miso Iced Latte, and wowβeasily one of the most unique and delicious coffee drinks Iβve had. The balance of rich espresso, subtle sweetness, and that unexpected savory miso note was incredibly smooth and perfectly crafted. Service was friendly and efficient, even with the buzz of a busy crowd, and the overall atmosphere made it a place you want to linger and soak in. If you appreciate elevated coffee experiences and creative drinks done right, Desnudo is an absolute must-visit. Already looking forward to my next stop! βπ₯π

My first sip was incredibly sweet, but I think that was just the foam. Once I took a real drink - my god. this is easily the best coffee Iβve ever had. Everything balances perfectly; the sweetness and the coffee flavor harmonize beautifully. Sometimes I find that iced coffee tastes more like sweetened milk than actual espresso, but this is the real deal. Itβs bold, robust, and exactly what I was looking for. This brown sugar coffee is a 20/10 even the cup is fantastic. I have absolutely no notes. ALSO, ORDER AHEAD!!!!
